- AI voice agents that answer inbound phone calls on behalf of client businesses
- Real-time call triage, appointment booking, and message capture
- SMS notifications to business owners for emergency calls, bookings, and missed calls
- Call recording, transcription, and analytics
3. Pricing and Payment
Services are billed as outlined in your service agreement. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your contract. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, we will export your data and provide transition support as needed.
5. SMS Program Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive SMS notifications from Gridline Systems LLC related to your AI voice receptionist service. The Gridline Voice Alerts program sends operational messages including emergency call alerts, appointment confirmations, and missed call summaries.
Message frequency varies based on your account's call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

6. Limitation of Liability
Gridline Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our service.
